This one I just tried today. It was so tasty and so easy I thought it’d be a good one to throw in here.
You will need:
two cups cooked pasta, any kind,
one heaping tablespoon of butter or margarine
One can of cream of mushroom soup, straight from a can,
half a tablespoon of pesto sauce,
half a tablespoon of minced garlic
pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta as usual, either drain the water or simmer your pasta until most of the water evaporates, add butter or margarine, cream of mushroom soup from a can, add pesto, minced garlic, salt and pepper, simmer it for five minutes, or as needed (until it’s hot). Serve. You can tweak this if you want according to your taste.
